Shipping, & Returns


  • All orders will be processed and shipped from our facility within 2-3 business days, unless for some unforeseen reason an item is out of stock or other uncontrollable circumstance. 
  • Unfortunately we are currently ONLY setup for shipping within the United States and Canada.
  • Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost.  These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs..

  • All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail for fastest service unless otherwise noted, this is typically a 2-3 day service after shipment.
  • Upon shipment, customers will receive confirmation of shipment via e-mail along with any shipment info including tracking information.
  • Lost / Delayed Shipments: Any questions regarding whereabouts of your order once it has left our facility should be directed to the USPS, they are the ones handling delivery of your package. It's best to first contact your local post office and provide them with the tracking information you received at the time of shipment if there is a problem with the delivery of your order as an initial step into tracking the whereabouts of your shipment. If this is unsuccessful, please contact us to look in to things further, often times the initial call to your local post office rectifies the issue. All Lost / Delayed shipment problems should be reported within 15 days of the original purchase date.


  • All Returns or Exchanges should be done within 15 days of the original purchase date.
  • Exchanges: The best way to exchange an item for another size is to place a New Order for the replacement item/size which we can then ship immediately. We will then issue a refund for your exchange when it arrives back to us. This method is best and insures product availability, please be sure to promptly return your item. If the order was originally placed using promotional shipping, any refunds will be issued less any shipping costs incurred.

  • You may also choose to simply return your item to us and request an exchange for another size. Once we received your exchange we will send a payment request for shipping costs required to send your replacement. This will be sent to the e-mail provided at the time of the original order. As soon as this payment is received your exchange will then ship back to you. Unfortunately with this method we are unable to guarantee product availability.
  • With either of the above item exchange options please Contact Us ahead of time so we know to expect your exchange. Be sure to Include the following information
         - Original Order #
         - Order Date
         - Description of the item you'd like to exchange and for what
  • Returns: Please Contact Us for return authorization, If the order was placed using promotional shipping any refunds will be issued less any shipping costs incurred.
